I grew up in the 50's & 60's, with Rocky as my favorite player. He was a force at the plate, always a respected long ball hitter, and a pretty darn good OF with a cannon for an arm. He deserves to the in the HOF!!

I believe he should have been in the Hall of Fame long ago while he was still alive. He was a great person a great player and he was a good role model. You couldn’t find a better person.

Rocky deserves to be in the Hall of Fame for all of the reasons everyone has already expressed. His baseball record speaks for itself and the adoration his fans still have for him is well deserved. As one of his granddaughters, I am clearly biased in my adoration but I certainly wanted to add my name to this document in support of its purpose. Rocky’s great-grandson asked that I express his pride and gratitude for the “all the nice people who love Poppy like we do”.
