We would love to have a safe place for our daughter to be able to use her skate board. As of right now she skates in the neighborhood street.

I fully support the idea of having a skate park in rockwall gives our youth something to do keeps them out of trouble. And creates a place where kids can develop relationships with other kids and people

as far as i know? there is no skateparks over here, or anywhere for a good hour or so. this would be wonderful for the locals and for people stopping by!

We hope Rockwall can see the benefit of making this a free community park for our kids. Having to travel out of town to take our 5 kids to do something they love is inconvenient and would be so nice for our community to have a place where our kids can skate and build friendships outside of school and organized activities.

This would a huge asset to our community! My sons are skaters and I take them all they way to Wiley to do safely!

Skateparks are some of the only luxuries a kid has to escape there problems and it’s better to build it now then to wait for a kid to get hit by a car because he/she had to skate in the street beat the norm
