I am about to move to rockwall in the next year and a new park would be great for the community. A new park would bring in customers for local businesses and restaurants.

I will be moving to rockwall in the next year and would be at a new local park every single day. The closest skatepark to rockwall is currently Wylie which has a small park unable to hold more than 10-12 skaters. Rockwall having a skatepark would bring many people to the city who never would come out that way. This would bring in income for local shops and restaurants making rockwall a great place for skaters to come on the weekend.

A new skatepark would be an amazing addition to Rockwall. I have two kids interested in skateboarding/scootering/skating and they would love honing their skills somewhere other than our neighborhood street! we used to live in Roanoke, Texas and the one their was always in use by all skill levels. We might check it out for inspiration.

It's amazing that we do not have things like this in Rockwall already. So many smaller, poorer communities have so much more in the way of keeping our children (and adults) active and healthy. It is a little embarrassing, to be honest.
