Mine does that to its annoying because whenever i play with friends we find something funny and it doesnt work ;(

its not fair that some people can use it and others cant. The least they could do is tell exactly what the eligibility restriction is

Its so sad that the games been out for over 5 months and this still hasnt been fixed. People want to take and share photos with their friends..let it happen! -_-

All of my crew members are taking pictuers just fine, but some are getting this message! Rockstar, use your noggin and fix this!!!
