every time i take a photo it says snapmatic features are currerntly disabeld on this acount due to eligibiliy restrictions

I've searched all over the internet and there seems to be no solutions. At one point after I tried to take the picture it said "allow social networking in your xbox live settings" but after doing this it still didn't work. did anyone else get this message.

Hi Rockstar, just wanted to say that my Snapmatic Grand Theft Auto V does not work, I keep a peo photo tells me that I'm disconnected from not that, I've tried everything I tell my friends it does not work, just ask that help me fix it, please :)
