For years now, i have been appauled at the lack of facility within scunthorpe for those of us who are of the heavier persuasion. Now living in Leeds and working in the music scene, it has become clear to me that something needs doing and soon! But i cannot do it without you I have meetings coming up with owners and organisers from various venues, but what i need is a big list of people\'s names and possibly email addresses for a mailing list, just to prove that there is a demand for this The plan is for a prospective opening night some time in March with the initial view to being a monthly event, but with your help i hope it will become more regular than that. This will be fronted by up to 3 big name bands. One is confirmed, one unconfirmed and one spot left to fill. The regular clubnight will be a mix of rock dj sets and live acts and in order to cater for everyone who up until now has not been catered for, will be playing some emo, hardcore, hard rock and metal So this is where you guys come in!
