The subjects to be discussed included the proposed disposal of material assets of the club including but not limited to the property known as the Grant House, maintenance and stewardship of Club assets and properties, the financial position of the club and the long range plan for the Club and its assets.

The board continues to dodge us while they hide their plans for the Grant House behind closed doors. They think if they stay quiet we will just go away but the growing pressure here proves they are wrong.

The board can no longer pretend this is just a quiet disagreement among a few members. The momentum is building because we are tired of their lack of transparency regarding the Grant House and the state of our assets.

its time to look at the long term plan for these assets instead of just selling things off to cover gaps
The board needs to explain what is happening with the grant house. weve been left in the dark for way too long now.
