Everything you expect in a sport is here in FIRST Robotics - strategy, offense, defense, agility, speed, penalties, scoring, referees, and (when sports are played correctly) gracious professionalism.Robotics allows children and adults to excersise our most important muscle; the brain! Not everyone can lift 150lbs, and not everyone can run 10 meters in .43 sec. However, skills that use the concepts of STEM and creation deserve to be a sport!
