The way you are defending him, along with your assumptions, gives the impression you're The13thHippie. The chance of this being false is fairly slim - you have zero proof he hasn't stolen anything, and I didn't know a single dang thing about the guy until this debacle. And don't say "I'm cursing so I can't be him" - that just will a) prove you're him and b) make you look like a complete idiot. More than you already do, anyway. Plus, if you were following the twitter discussion, Gordon got confused - moderators are human, so they make mistakes. By being shown the image files for the two items, he decided that it wasn't a "remake", given that the slight differences were quite obviously due to compression. Plus, the chance of someone making a nearly identical shirt of that complexity is astronomical. It's possible, but heavily improbable. From what I know about statistics, which is a fairly good lot, I'd say it's less likely than, say, you not being The13thHippie, whose odds are very slim in themselves.
I can keep arguing eternally. On a webcomic's generic discussion, I managed to drive one of the comic's most famous trolls out through force of will and saw through every single bluff and alter-ego. All but a few times I was proven to be correct.
