The system for NBC users to create shirts was actually a bug in our original design that has been phased out.It was taxing on moderation--moderation costs and server cost is why we require payment for many of the serves we require payment for. The biggest issue for us however was the wide spread abuse of the feature with users constantly attempting to upload inappropriate items without having to fear consequence because they could just create a new account to upload more.
We know, that some people, upload inappropriate things, but why make the whole community mad?

I have been reading through the stories you all are leaving about how this change hinders your creativity and fun on the platform. It is frustrating to hear that our community is being punished for the actions of a few bad actors. I am currently reaching out to other group leaders to organize a unified response that shows the developers exactly what we are losing.

Seeing this community unite over our shared right to create is exactly what I hoped for when I started this. I built my first groups on the pride of designing our own shirts and it hurts to see that taken away from so many. We have real momentum now so let us keep pushing until they realize this decision was a mistake.

Roblox is become more and more like a P2W Roblox seriously give us the NBC's who can't afford to buy your BC's due to they're ridiculous price... Remove price floors whilst your removing the No NBC Shirt creations
There's no point in not allowing nbc's to create shirts and pants because we can't sell them even if we did copy. ROBLOX is supposed to be a "free" game!
Please bring it back. It's really greedy to rip your users off. (especially with the tix change in 2013 which was a rather rude move for your money)
Ive put legitimate work into making my own designed shirts and pants. Now all that work is wasted unless i spend my birthday money on a subscription to a FREE GAME.
This is so dumb, I think nbc should have there rights! Like, What if i want to buy a security uniform, We have to wait 10 Days for half of it. It's not cool, I protest! -.-

This is so unfair, honestly I dont wan't to pay 6.00$ a month to make clothing. They even said themselves that even if you don't upgrade you will still be guaranteed fun. I want it back!
