This petitition is an attempt to have the HOA Management company address the below concerns, some of which have been raised multiple times to no avail.  WE NEED 50 SIGNATURES.  Once we have obtained all signatures, we will be presenting this list along with a letter to Neighborhood Management, Inc.

Concerns:
   1) Landscaping and pool costs
   2) Lighting/electrical at Wilmeth entrance(s)
   3) Speed Limit Enforcement
        A) Speed Limit/Children at Play signs on all roads
        B) Additional Stop Signs (Ridgepass/Ridgeknoll & Binbranch/Maple Ridge
   4) Enforcement of HOA bylaws
   5) Quarterly newsletter with maintenance, upgrade, and budget updates
