I have been reviewing the recurring concerns regarding safety and maintenance that many of you have highlighted in the comments. These shared experiences provide the necessary clarity for the letter I am currently drafting to Neighborhood Management. Your willingness to document these issues is helping to build a record that will be difficult to ignore.

Seeing this steady momentum confirms that many of us share the same frustrations regarding our neighborhood operations. It is clear that our collective desire for transparent management and safety improvements is no longer an isolated feeling but a unified goal.

Need another pool for the growing community. Perfect location is between phase 2 and 3. Need a clubhouse and park for the kids.
The lighting at the wilmeth entrance has been out for months it is a safety hazard at night. fix it already.

I have been a member since we built in 2005. I agree with 1) additional lighting needed at Wilmeth, 2)enforcement of HOA bylaws. We do need 3) quarterly newsletter with maintenance, upgrade & budget updates/specific amounts for each item. Initially I participated in events & attended meetings & observed that many items agreed upon by the members never got adequately addressed then dropped out because I felt it a waste of my time. The cost of 4) landscaping has always been brought up as being too costly for what we have in place. I rarely use the pool & would 5) not be in favor of another pool if it means an increase in HOA dues although I have to say the size of our neighborhood does not match the size of our small pool. 6) It would be nice to have a small building with some gym equipment such as treadmills & recumbent bikes.
Add larger pool or additional pool in addition to other complaints listed.

agree with all concerns except no more pools, speed humps would be good to slow traffic
