I would love to sculpt this for you. I can create a great sculpture of Robin and see it through from clay to bronze. Call me. Virgil 916-220-9511. Thanks

Gary,
This guy also makes custom bronze statues. I found him on the internet browsing. He seems to range around 10,000 for a full body anything.http://lifesizestatue.com

I do not have a lot of financial resources but I'm relatively local ( CT). Please let me know of any footwork that needs to be done. I'm glad to help this cause if possible.

I lived in Boston for 13 years, from 1991-2004. I also battle depression, as I have for 27 years. I sat on that bench countless times, before "Good Will Hunting" and after. The thing is I always sat there alone, watching the ducks. If people could sit on that bench next to Robin Williams in bronze, even in spirit, maybe they would not feel so alone. And maybe, just maybe, Robin could see each one of them as they sat next to the bronze replica of him, and not feel so alone either.

We just started a campaign to help fund this idea. It is in the beginning stages and we need some help to spread the word.

I would find a way to contact Garry McLinn (his post is above and you can direct message him through there). I think he's starting to coordinate a more solid plan for this....

Robin Williams was born in Chicago. A good sculpture is a good sculpture no matter where it is made. I would love to be the one to make it. Amazing guy, huge loss.
