The authorities have reversed their decision and Ashley is permitted to stay with us. Looking at our son today brings a profound sense of relief that is difficult to put into words. Thank you for choosing to stand by our family during this uncertain time.
My wife (Ashley) is American and is possibly being deported for several reasons. We have a five month old baby son, and are fighting as best we can. I'm trying anything, and this petition is another attempt. Please sign to try to help me keep my wife - but more importantly help my son (Eric) keep his mother.
The stories shared by others facing similar separation have been incredibly humbling to read. I am spending my time gathering evidence and preparing documentation for the upcoming legal review. Your willingness to participate in this struggle provides our family with meaningful resolve.

Seeing the momentum grow around our family struggle reminds me that we are not navigating this uncertainty in isolation. Your collective attention pulls this situation out of the private sphere and gives it a weight that officials cannot easily look past.

This is just heartbreaking. No child should be separated from their mom like this. Rooting for your family.

This policy is broken. Ashleys home is here with her son. Totally wrong to tear them apart.

Ridiculous. Let them stay together. Common sense needs to prevail here.
