We must respect and honor tradition and history by preserving it. There is a way around this that was acceptable and now it just seems driven by greed.

The city needs to recognize that even people in the Big City want to have small "country roads" like this preserved. I love going out there with the old buildings and small roads. The city needs to make good on their original "handshake" deal. GO AROUND!!!!!

Seriously it's like Collin County went out to court tons of big business without the forethought to build infrastructure or plan it ahead of time. They aren't planning to go through the all of these new neighborhoods. No, different town council's keep planning things straight through farms and neighborhoods that have been around for generations. It has to stop & it needs to stop before this family farm is disturbed

I believe the city should honor what was agreed to previously. The family deserves that much. I hope you recognize the importance of doing what you said you were going to do.

I stand with the Luscombe family and oppose underhanded attempts by profit-driven developers to destroy their family farm. Now more than ever, the unique history of our small towns and communities is threatened by development. Let us not lose our identity for the sake of profit. I sincerely hope that the city of Anna recognizes the importance of the local agricultural history and will work with the Luscombes to re-route the water main and anticipated roadway.

This project could negatively impact the beautiful tree tunnel leading to my neighborhood, as well as potentially destroying many pecan trees at a small family farm.

My family has lived in Anna for only a few years. Already they are considering moving due to all the development encroaching on its beauty and charm. I hope some piece of the original Anna can be preserved.
