We all pay millions in taxes to the Irish government for the upkeep of our road networks and which is also subsidised by funding by the National Development Plan with billions from Europe, yet our roads are in an appalling state. Recent inclement weather has highlighted the poor condition of our roads, especially on minor routes, which will inevitably result in injuries or deaths if left as such. Not to mention vehicle damage, especially motorcycles, which are especially vulnerable. Please sign this petition so it can be forwarded to the Minister for Transport, Noel Dempsey and the Media.
