This is a nightmare at school drop off and pick up times. Drivers coming out of Beech Ave have no visibility due to people parking completely on the corner of the pavements both sides and parking on the single yellow lines. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Inconsiderate parking causes a danger to the children and also must be very annoying to the residents close to school.

I would never allow my son to cross this road on his own, despite him being in Year 6 due to the dangerously parked vehicles of inconsiderate parents who have to park as close as possible to the school gates. They park across driveways, they park right up to the junction of Beech Avenue and indeed up and onto the paved corners both sides to the entrance to Beech Avenue, that in itself is a blatant breach of the highway code! It is incredibly difficult to join Stanton Road in a car from Beech Avenue at School pick up/drop off times, as you cannot safely see out to gauge any oncoming traffic and instead are forced to inch out into the unknown.
The crazy thing in all of this is, it is the parents causing this situation and in turn putting all the children including their own at risk of getting run over. I fear it is only a matter of time before there is an accident at this spot.

It’s absolutely awful the amount of parents that park on the pavement. Why not park 5 mins walk away in a safer place and walk the rest of the way to school.

The road is incredibly dangerous during drop off and pick up times. Parking on the pavements and corners of the pavement are not only inconsiderate but incredibly dangerous for the pupils trying to access school and families with pushchairs.

Parking in the area is mad especially at pick up times, which makes driving chaotic. There are cars everywhere, on both sides of the road, I think it's totally dangerous for kids, even if they are picked up by parents. If my friend drives me home around 15-20 min before pick time, the road is already too crowded with cars and she will habe to chose alternative routes to get home safely.
