 Let's Hold RJ Vending accountable for causing FOOD BORN IllNESS (Food Poisoning) and for keeping our money by not refunding our losses. . . Please sign this petition & tell us your story, anyone not having received a refund re-submit request for refunds with info of originating date, amount loss and description of item you were trying to buy, at what machine and what happened, make a copy for your records and mail to RJ Vending P.O. Box 682 Coalinga CA 93210 mark with number of times you have asked for a refund( ie; 2nd request or 3rd request) and NOT received  it,  If not received inform Dept. of Rehabilitation wshirah@dor.ca.gov. dkmeyer@dor.ca.gov.
