To: Los Angeles City Council c/o City Clerk Petition is for NO on what The Department of Transportation is attempting, which is to raise the speed limit on Riverside Drive, Toluca Lake from 35 mph to 40 mph: I hereby petition that the speed limit stay the same. As it is, cars do not stop for pedestrians using the crosswalk. This will only make it more dangerous than it already is. Sincerely,
