This is not a low income housing neighborhood, single family homes would not Affect traffic and infrastructure as would multi-family housing

I am opposed to the property on Riverbank Drive being rezoned

Rezoning this property, if passed, is a huge mistake. There is already entirely too much traffic in this completely residential area Adding more could very well be fatal.
