River Road Safety Hazard

This is a safety hazard. Cars & trucks speed on this road. A light would help to control this also.

This is a safety hazard. There should be no question but to put a light in there! The business owner did everything asked of him, the City is going back on the deal. I question the way Cincinnati is making decisions! For example, the street car is a huge money drain with little to no benefit. We need better decision making and safety should be the top priority!

Make 50 safe for everyone

I travel 50 along this stretch and am familiar with this. It is a concern that the City needs to address!

While I've only stopped there a few times I've only done so due to the hassle of the in an out and safety issues involved when stopping there. Put in a light and you would not only bring more safety to that area but have me stop there more often.

Please think of the safety of our people..

Don't wait until a tragic accident

Exiting & entering the driveways here are crashes waiting to happen. Speeding has been, is and always will be a problem on River Rd. City Council, believe it or not, this is a major thoroughfare from the west side to downtown. Traffic is comparable to Columbia Pkwy and Riverside Dr. Improvements have been made to city streets for bicycles and pedestrian safety. Travel River Rd. During the morning and afternoon rush hours. Pull into the Shell/barbecue lot. See first hand the traffic issues. Decide for yourself if you think a stop light is needed. I’m guessing this first hand experience will change your mind in favor of a light.

Trying to exit the parking lot here during rush-hour is absurd. I witnessed a motorcycle just barely making it out w/o being smashed today. Somebody *will* eventually be seriously injured or killed and the city will be at fault. Plenty of us in the neighborhood would be happy to remind the local media of City Hall's inaction when that happens.

close down the stupid connector and put a traffic light here, plz

I have seen at least 10 bad accidents on that streech of 50....something needs to be done please

Our community needs this and a turn light for River Rd and Fairbanks is unsafe to make a left turn on Fairbanks from River Rd

I love this place. Pulling in and out is dangerous noone drives 35mph more like 60

Gets very dangerous especially around rush hour for folks on west side and Indiana commutes.

A light is needed to maintain the safety of motorists and pedestrians.

As someone who drives this stretch of River Road twice a day I definitely agree that a light should be placed!!!!

Not surprised they won’t follow through. That seems to be standard for the City of Cincinnati. Probably diverting that money for an extra 30 seconds of streetcar operation, aka the useless boondoggle.
