We, the undersigned, believe the Government and Local Councils should ensure ALL those convicted of rioting and criminal behavior who live in Council owned property should be evicted forthwith. Anyone convicted of inciting ANY form of riotous behaviour through social networking sites and E-media should also be dealt with in a similar fashion.
