This petition is for everybody out there who didn't receive a mystery skin from riot games due to the buggy servers or what not. I do not believe that this is fair considering a certain toxic streamer who goes by the name of Kaceytron who makes a living from being toxic and a "troll" in 90% of her league of legends games. Share this to all who did not receive a skin also!
