Signing this petition means that you as an individual vow not to attend any circuses (involving animal acts) due to the cruelty towards the animals. This petition could make a huge difference in an animal's life. Wild animals cannot perform tricks unless forced to perform them and who are we to take these animals out of their wild habitat, separate them from their families and exploit them in front of hundreds of people. The animal entertainment industry causes both physical and psychological harm to the animals involved and should be stopped. During transportation these animals are kept shackled and chained in filthy, cramped trailers with an inadequate food/water supply and chance of receiving any veterinary care. There are so many animal-free circuses out there today that the use of animals in a circus is unnecessary now. Please help save these animals!
