Amend the ARC Guidelines to allow a specific process’ for automatic approval of paint colors with Light Reflective Values of less than 20.

The current rules are so outdated. My neighbor painted their house a darker shade and it looks awesome. We need to catch up with the times.

I totally agree with the comments that we need to expand the color choices and that we are too monochromatic. Livening up the choices is a good idea and will help to freshen up our appearance!

LRV of less than 20 is much more modern and looks great on the houses that lready have it.

Agreed - current LRV limit is restrictive. Would've preferred a darker color, when I repainted in 2017. Wider range will lead to a more attractive neighborhood. Currently too monochromatic.
