Students at the Delran Middle School (dms) are missing out on dances because they are late,the staff don't even ask why the students are late maybe they have problems at home or at school. The staff don't ask because they don't care, they just really don't. It's not fair, everybody tells me life is not fair but this time it's different they are taking away something that the students can never get back. It's not unfair just to the students that can't go what about their friends or boyfriends? I'm in 6th grade today 2-5-16 was SUPPOSED to be my very FIRST Valentine's Day dance but it wasn't because I couldn't go,and it might not even be my fault but they don't know that because they don't ask they just assume and think the worst of us. I mean like there was even a rumor that at the end of the dance when everyone is leaving my crush was going to ask me out but if he was he can't anymore if he was going to in the first place. I know I sound like some silly middle school girl with a crush on somebody but this time it's different it matters to not just the kids that can't go but like I said earlier it also effects their friends which can be a lot depending on who we are talking about. We should have the rights to go to school dances no matter what. dear Delran Middle School put yourself in our shoes,we are people too!
