My mother lives in Eagle Valley. I believe this is a just cause and feel these house should be offered for sale to first time buyers.

Very disappointed to be excluded to buy one of these properties as a local resident live in Wilton area for 15 years , working and raising two sons who attend local schools and sports clubs.
Instead the only chance for my family to buy new home is to move out of the city.

It is a gross contravention of the initial planning presentation that all 69 units go to a government agency. Quite simply, it's an easy option for the developers and denies the market, the opportunity to buy where the supply is grossly inadequate. The units would easily sell on the market and the developers got the greenlight to build on the premise that 63 units would go on the open market... That is what should happen... 63 units go for sale to the starved private sector.
