damn. The problem with anything in this country is how long things take. But ironic being how quickly Aspire wanted to give you a mortgage.

What do you possible have to gain by dragging this out? Compensate the lady for the hell you put her and her daughter through. Not to mention the money she is out for living in expensive housing which is just an expense not an investment like a house would have been

I've known Kim for a longer period of time than she has been in this mess. I knew her when she was a homeowner in Colorado. I remember when she was excited about moving to Austin. I remember when her house sold in Colorado. I remember when she was approved for a loan for a home in Austin. Whoops. I remember when she was told she was approved for a loan in Austin, and then she and her daughter were suddenly homeless, because you neneged upon the approval of her loan. I remember hearing the conversation. I hope to be able to remember, someday soon, that you resolved this in a manner that is compensatory to Kim, as well as her daughter, due to the hardships that they have had to endure because Kim was told that her loan was approved, sold her house, and was then screwed around.
