This document decrees that all Jesus worshipers are protected from government officials in the the act of worship and the process of traveling to and from the act of worship in Canada. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established (Job 22:28)

The Canadian RCMP is federally appointed to uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the criminal code of Canada. The Right to worship is clearly protected under section 2 and section 7 of the Canadian Charter. Each individual RCMP officer has sworn to uphold a code of conduct (HIPCAR): HONOR INTEGRITY PROFESIONALISM COMPASSION ACCOUNTABILITY RESPECT. We are very grateful of the protection and safety that is provided by the RCMP. To all those officers who walk in accordance to their code of conduct and protect our charter rights, we love you and thank you for your service and the safety and security you provide. Each RCMP officer is individually and personally responsible to uphold the freedom of citizens of Canada regardless of what their superiors officers and managers direct them to do. Some RCMP officers and other government officials may get caught up in politics where unconstitutional provincial or municipal orders and bills are presented to unwitting government officials by their commanding authorities who are contravening the Charter of Rights to direct "puppet" officials to enforce bills, ordinances, mandates or otherwise give tickets to gathering worshipers. It is each officers duty to personally understand and uphold their requirements under Canadian Law and the Charter of Rights.

Per this document each government officer will be fined $2300 per worshiper that is interrupted in the act of worship or travel to and from worship. Government officials will be held personally and privately liable for each Citizen of Canada signed to this document per incident. This ordnance is authorized by we the people of Canada and we the people of God. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver (Isaiah 33:22)

With the Weimar courts and Canadian case law precedent it would be prudent if all government officials understood this information. Please pass this document to all Jesus followers for signature and all government officials as notice, lest they be charged by the number of people signed on to this document per incident they infract. Here is proof that the Canadian courts will hold government officials responsible.
