In 2001, the people of Mississippi were able to VOTE if they wanted to keep or change the Mississippi state flag. We should be able to do so again, not our legislative. If we cannot decide on our flag, what else are they going enforce on our state? So, let us do what Americans do best, let's take it to the polls.
