It is amazing the societal imbalance within the US. This is no place where people can be free to be who they are culturally. As some of us are present in the States, due to ensalvement, the times warrants a TRUE change for the better. Many other ethnic groups have received recompense via reparations and assistance in returning to homeland. There are many nations in West/Central/East Africa that are opening their arms, if you will, to African-Americans. I believe you may be afraid of a severe loss of human resources, if you sign this. Not everyone of African descent will jump on this opportunity. Nonetheless, the country has the funds to allocate to the millions of families of African descent in the US> Thank your for your time and cooperation!
