This is a petition for the community members to call ELAN to schedule a meeting to address concerns. We need 25% (70 out of 277) HOUSES NOT PEOPLE to call this meeting. Please sign on a per household basis for easier tracking. A brief overview of concerns include:

The silence from management is loud. Keep the pressure on.

Too many people parking on the grass and blocking sight lines. It looks trashy and its dangerous for kids.
It’s not fair that the people who do pay their fees can’t use amenities and loosing access to amenities that we paid for and was paying for 2 -3 years before we even had amenities. You all keep hiring y’all kinfolks to work as pool monitor and patrol and they don’t do neither! Hire real people who will do the job correctly and fine or hold the people who don’t pay their HOA fees accountable as well as the trouble makers families!!!

This particular company has the lowest criteria across the board and doesn’t perform background checks on future tenants
My concern is enforcement of rental restrictions/cap. There is one rental management company that owns over 3 properties on one street alone. & own more throughout the neighborhood

We need speed bumps on the main road before someone gets hurt. Cars fly through here way to fast at night and management never picks up the phone when we report it.
