My friends are sitting in a cell for a mistake that does not warrant this cruelty. We are nearly at one thousand signatures and hitting that goal will force the officials to see that we are not letting this go.

I have spent my nights reading messages from the families waiting for word on Miguel and the others. Their silence in a foreign cell is a weight I feel every single day. I am working to connect with legal advocates who can challenge these charges.

This is completely ridiculous. They are just students having a good time. Free them now!!
I was there that night. People are blowing this way out of proportion. They didnt mean any harm.
They made a mistake but prison is way too harsh. send them home to their families.
Ridiculous to keep them locked up over a flag. let them go back home already.
JUSTICE FOR THE IBERIANS. Latvia needs to get a grip and stop treating these kids like criminals.
