Privatizing this institution will not benefit the residence. My mom was in a Lincoln Lutheran facility that has gone down hill since the privatization. The lack of maintenance and the lack of grounds clean up is horrible because of cut back in staff. No salt for winter ice, dirty hallways. It's a shame.

Ridgewood Care Center should not be sold. It is rated a 5 star and the facility who wants to purchase it is only rated a 1 star. Racine county board members and Jonathan Delegrave should be proud and want to see the elderly be taken care of by the best, not just give up and throw it into anyone's hands. We care to much about our elders, don't understand why they don't.

Please don't sell Ridgewood to Villa. I've heard nothing but horrible things about them and I would hate to see the place I've worked at for 4years and love very much go down hill. Right now these residents receive the best of cares and I'd hate to see that go away.

The villa does not care about their staff or residents. They're forcing staff to work short and has a high over turn. They only care about profits. It would be a grave mistake to sell to them. The quality of care would decline.
