None of us in Ridgemont Crossing want our property values to plummet. There are plenty of apartment complexes on the south side. Adding more ruins the beauty of Wilson Park and the additional traffic would be dangerous. No! NO, NO!

Not only would this cause lots of extra traffic on Draggoon and Fir/Birket; I would be very concerned with high water/flooding in the surrounding developments due to loss of undeveloped ground the absorbs rain, and instead all the asphalt would cause that water to flow into the existing housing areas to the north which are lower.

My wife and I are Rosewood residents and oppose the rezoning plans to build an apartment complex on Dragoon Trail across from Wilson Park!

We adamantly oppose the plans to rezone concerned property off Dragoon Trail for the purpose of apartment dwellings.
