How are we not able to set our own rates? Why are we penalized and deactivated for not taking low paying orders that aren't even close to being ready which makes us lose time and money?

Grubhub stole a 6 dollar tip from me last night. We got a 2 mile run for 16 dollars. Then an add on for $2 for 2.7 miles. Figured why not. It was going to a patient in a hospital. She just do happened to be a driver. Said I'm a driver so I apologize for not giving you more than 6 dollars. When I called support. They said I was mistaken. Lied to me and stile my tip from the customer. My boyfriend and I have had enough. He's been working with me every night since I was assaulted by a customer the day after this past valentines day. Incident department played nice the first time we spoke. The next time we spoke with that department. A customer tried to lure me to her house because I wouldn't cancel all the orders I had in my car. Since this past February my boyfriend and I worked together. Did amazing. 4 to 700 dollar nights. Looked out for drivers merchants and customers alike. We've been deactivated from every app but grubhub on our second vehicle. The first one was repoed since we lived in the car. Because we didn't make enough money for a place to stay or pay the car payment. The in house financing guy insisted that we never intend to pay for the car. He had reported it stolen. My boyfriend was pulled out of the car at gun point in his underwear. Uber eats deactivated me for low satisfaction ratings. I had a 4.9 out of 5 stars. 75 percent of my customers tipped additionally. We're now making a base pay of 20 30 cents per mile with grubhub and we're late on our first payment on the second vehicle. Can't pay the phone bill. Still homeless. Support said it wasn't going to change. Now I am having trouble cashing out. Leaving me stranded in a supermarket parking lot. Roasting with no air conditioning being eatin alive by flies. We need help.

Yesterday I completed an order for $14 and change. When I was done I looked at the break down and the total charge was for $31 and change. UberEats received more than half. How is this fair? It's about time someone does something.

I get orders that show a payout of $6 to deliver 20 miles away or $3.25 to deliver 12 miles away. These types of orders are insulting and we should not be penalized for not wanting to accept delivery offers from those that do not value and appreciate the service we provide or cause us to lose money. All of the delivery apps have started sending the same types of offers. DD openly penalizes drivers. The other companies do too, they just hide it.

Please this door dash app ruined my life i am homeless and still cant make enough to get me on my feet its terrible how much we expense is every month on gas and car expense !!!
