Our aim is to rid APS of ridiculous fees that are tacked onto energy bills in Arizona, mainly for them to profit. This should already be included in their energy costs. However they feel they should not only charge you per kw an hour but also for their acquisitions, labor, services, billing, generating the electricity, converting the electricity, building new supplies of energy, billing service even when online, meter reading and sending the meter reader. The list they have of charges in utterly a con to scam you out of YOUR hard earned money so they can double or triple their profit margins

The bills keep arriving with those same absurd line items despite the pushback we have organized here. I am exhausted by the constant uphill climb against these corporate tactics but I am not walking away from this fight.

Reaching this point has been an exhausting uphill climb that often feels like pushing against a brick wall. It is draining to see these fees persist despite how many of us speak up about the blatant greed behind them. I am tired but I am not walking away from this fight.

Screw aps! We're a low income family our bill would run $126 this month almost $400!!! A service delivery fee went from $5 to $60!!!!!! Screw u aps !
I have had APS one other time, and it was ridiculous. I come an area where I had SRP (Salt River Project) and the summer bills are almost half of this and my house was 400 sq ft larger with 12-foot ceilings (Fountain Hills and parts of Scottsdale). How are they getting away with this highway robbery. I will be first in line to protest!
We should be able to choose who covers our power and not having it strictly a monopoly. This is America for crying out loud. We should have the option to shop for better energy companies and their rates just as we do insurance, cable, etc.
I keep track I'd how many kwh I use every month. Somehow even when we were gone for 8 days, had the thermostat up to 83, and unplugged EVERYTHING from the walls, we still somehow managed to "use" more kwh than the previous month!! Really tired of this monopoly!
They even charge us for living in close proximity to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station...even though 60% of power generated there goes to California. The rest goes to Phoenix.
This should be stopped

What aps does is wrong! Especially in a community where the unemployment rate is high. I have a job but it’s still highway robbery! Over 300+ dollars just in fees and not my actual usesge or taxes.
