Ricky Haney's continued presence on the Board of Directors for the Salt Fork Campground POA is detrimental to the best interests of the membership due to mismanagement of member funds by failure to implement cost-saving measures related to labor as stated by Mr. Haney at the Special Members Meeting in September 2023.

Once this petition has received the required number of signatures, the petition and written request for vote of removal will be presented to the Secretary of The Board for Salt Fork POA. That vote will be required to be held at the next meeting of the general membership.
