On 2/2/21 I delivered a baby boy Samuel Locke at southern regional medical center in Fulton County where he sustained several fractures. I was in hard labor for more than an hour and was given multiple petocin dosages. I was not able to push him out successfully the first 30 mins, so dr recommended more petocin and yoga ball to get baby in better position. Samuel was pushed out with no assist face up with both hands on his face. upon discharge 2/4/21 I noticed that my Childs left arm seemed limp (putting on his home clothes). I brought it to the attention of my fiancé then called the nurse. The nurse came in and said his arm looks fine then stated that he probably just needed a pacifier. As we were walking out my midwife was passing by and I asked her to look at the arm she said she really couldn’t because she’s not a pediatrician but stated that if he is eating and sleeping ok he should be ok but to make sure that I keep the pediatrician appointment that I have for him the next morning. The following morning (2/5/21) due to my diagnosis of covid I had to have a virtual visit with pediatrician who instructed me to take him to choa-eggleston. My mother came from out of town to take my son to choa and once they x rayed him they saw a fracture on the left arm above the elbow- which of course the trauma team and dfacs got involved. The team did a skeletal survey and mris and lots of other lab work. Samuel had to have surgery -3 pins put in his arm and a splint, They never gave me any paperwork for the labs and mris . I also never received anything stating they ruled out the hospital for birth injuries or other reasons. On 2/24 Samuel was scheduled for a splint removal and another skeletal survey. At the skeletal survey which was a bout an hour of them and my self holding him down. The X-ray techs put weights on his legs and made me and other techs hold and stretch out his legs (which Samuel cried the entire time) . Afterwards we went up stairs for the splint removal t

This is happening to me as we speak. I need my baby back, we did not do anything wrong. The police are involved and refused my request of medical testing. This has to come to an end.

Any competent medical professional should know you must test diagnose for all possible medical conditions before families, care givers an even be suspected. And Medical professionals ought not be turned into gestapo!

This is so wrong in many ways!!! We need to stop these people from taking children away from perfectly fit homes and placing them in foster care systems for money!!

Most of this damage is caused by VACCINES given WAY too young or given when child is currently sick or premature.

My daughter and her husband lost their baby girl last month in NH. She believes it may have happened in a sling when she bent over to tie her 18 month old daughter's sneaker, but baby has always been colicky and legs always moved. They are devastated and can't even get a referral to have a specialist look at her and my grand-daughter had a vitamin d level of 4! The doctor who said she was abused said that was normal! This is horrible for all these parents and families and laws need to be put in place. She was solely breast fed and we suspect her bones were very soft.

I am currently going through the same thing. My son was born at 28 weeks premature. He had an accident and during a full body scan they found what could be possible fractures in the joints of his legs. After three xrays and 2 drs and a specialist the confirmed that thats just how they formed at birth. However they placed him in foster care for 17 days and he still hasnt been returned home and its been a month and a half. I returned to court tom. My husband and I both passed lie dector test and they still wont return my 5month old son.

Right now, I am trying to comfort my son who is imprisoned in Livingston parish due to "battery of child", his second son with his X-girlfriend in la. CT scan all appeared normal, less left ulna that provided a "subtle evidence of a non-displaced mid diaphyseal fracture". No fever, no bruises, no black and blue skin, no swelling, no excessive creatinine, no chills, no neurological nothing. My son was treated with extreme insults, having the social worker labeling him as "just a sperm donor". Whoever is training these social workers must train them to hold their stupid tongue, only using it professionally. The mother of my grandson, cooperated and allowed me to see certain things, and as a mother and grandmother of both males involved in this case I am speaking out. I cannot shut up any longer. I even wrote the governor of Louisiana a letter, because I have no funds to help my son. I must know if he is serving a sentence that he deserves, or not. The cops surprised him when they held him, one said that he intimidated my son to get the truth out. I never raised my son this way. I want my son out to have him work and care for his children, because, the same law that imprisons him, will demand for him to pay child support etc. what kind of justice is that? Actually, it is not a bad idea to have young children undergo frequent bone exams for density etc. This should be mandatory. Noteworthy, from emails received from my sons girlfriend, it seems that some technologist or whoever handled the X-rays, was not substantially qualified. If push comes to shove, the truth will be manifested. Thank you,

THIS JUST MAKES ME SO SAD! You would think that Doctors /CPS must rule out medical issues before accusing someone of child abuse, but some don't. They need to understand the seriousness of accusing someone of child abuse & not running the appropriate test .It destroys families.
