Essex introducing is terrible I change stations when its on ...I also listen to other stations on weekday's between 7 & 10 to avoid the tracks played not BBC!!

Richard Spendlove show on Saturday nights is a vital part of this community, and from 20.00 until 23.00 he is great company at home and on long car journeys. Please take note of this petition. He is a very popular and national treasure.

Mr, Soendlove's Saturday night show should be extended. Not only is the music good, there are a lot of lonely people who need the opportunity to have him as a friend through their radio station. It is still cool to be OLD!

A large number of Richard's listeners on a saturday evening do not have e-mail facilites and this telephone in is a life line to alot of these folks.I consder that a 3 hour programme at this time on a Saturday is the least the BBC Local Radio can do,it is a phone in programme not on line & let us keep it at that!

I really enjoy listening to Richard Spendlove, he has got a lovely voice and very comforting, he is the best presenter I have ever listened to, I also like to hear the people who phone in and he is always so pleasant and caring to them. The music is fantastic and when he says goodnight to people who are by themselves it is so thoughtful.
Love to listen to you Richard and God bless to you and all your family and listeners.

I listen alone and look forward to Saturday with Richard spenldlove. He is so enjoyable and welcome as I feel he speaks to me personally and I love his views on most subjects. He is a real person of this my county.
