Dear Games Workshop.
I sign this petition for the request of Richard Boylan to be given licence to direct a full feature film of your Warhammer 40K universe.
After seeing his work on the short film Hellsreach, I was in are of his capturing of one of 40k's most iconic wars. The Third War for Armageddon has been one ofnmy favourite points in the Lore since I first became interested in the hobby back in 2002. The story was one of the finest examples of military fiction and I would love for such an incredible conflict to be shown to wider audiences in the full spectacle it deserves.
Warhammer has been on the rocketing increase in popularity with the launch of 8th Edition and the stellar work has kept the franchise king of table top war gaming for decades and such a film would only help that. With proper studio backing, audiences will see that GW has a rich universe of conflict that other sci-fi universes cannot compare to. We have all been blown away by the conflict of the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire in Star Wars and epic movies such as Lord of the Rings, even Game of Thrones (another cool idea for a new game but now I'm rambling) has shown that audiences today still love big, spectacular battles and what could be a more finer showcase for GW to bring to the table than the Third War.
Richard Boylan captured the conflict in Grimaldus in a way few can when depicting Astartes and for a chapter like the Templar's...that is very impressive.
There are many opportunities for both big screen and television and with new services such as Netflix and the increasing sales revenue (expect a nice bump from my new Dark Angels project) and the attitudes in Sci-Fi audiences, such a time for a venture looks rather promising.
Finally, thank you for such an amazing hobby and universe and can't wait for more...my Orks are getting a bit..restless.

The series of parts go from strength to strength and since part nine they have been amazing. Give this man a small budget and he could turn out something truly special.

The 40k (and 30k) universe are so rich in lore and story that it needs to be put into a movie. It's too good not to have one and it's had a strong fandom for decades!

40k animation are a very hard thing to come by since GW is more than protective of its Intellectual Property. But this is a breath of fresh air that is truly needed.
