Rich Winstock, National Director with USPA, AND IS THE CHAIR OF SAFETY AND TRAINING, has a history of bad judgement in skydiving. Most recently, he swooped the spectator area hitting a picnic table and then hitting and severely injuring a female spectator. The spectator was in the hospital for almost 7 days. Other safety issues are too numerous to list here. The President of USPA has orchestarated a cover up of this incident citing that members have no idea who is who on the Board and that it would soon blow over. THIS IS NOT TOLERABLE. Mr. Winstock should have stepped down from the chair position. Since he did not, he should now step down from the Board.
