We, the under-signed members of the RHSA, call for an Extraordinary General Meeting of the RHSA to be held at the Royal Hospital School on 5th March 2011. At this meeting we wish to put a motion of no confidence in the General Committee and call upon them to resign forthwith. We call for these resignations because the General committee have failed to serve the membership of the RHSA by not communicating with them effectively on important issues, by not conducting the June 2010 AGM according to the rules of the association, by failing to conduct free and fair elections, by failing to present properly audited accounts and by failing to reconvene the adjourned AGM in November 2010 in accordance with the resolution passed at the June 2010 AGM.
