The Rhinebeck Comprehensive Planning Committee (CPC) has proposed a preferred plan for the Creed-Ankony farm consisting of a 60+ space parking lot, multi-unit housing, and residential subdivisions off Orchard Street (immediately adjacent to the northeast corner of Rhinecliff). Their plan will double the size of historic Rhinecliff, and will distroy the beautiful historic Rhinecliff viewshed forever. If implemented, this Rhinecliff expansion would stress our already fragile streets. Orchard Street, which is the width of an alley, cannot sustain the increased traffic of a potential of hundreds of additional cars daily. The CPC
