Presidential Executive Order to Ban Electronic Warfare & COINTELPRO 

We are requesting an immediate Presidential Executive Order (EO) to ban all forms of Electronic & Electromagnetic Weapon Technologies, such as EMP, RFID, V2K, & HAARP on Civilians. We also request this EO to include a ban on COINTELPRO activities which is often used in these predatory attacks. Many Targeted Individuals are being harassed, stalked, tortured, injured & killed without their knowledge & consent covertly and overtley. These unconscionable travesties are the ultimate crimes against humanity and we are all at risk. Please address the outcries of all survivors in ending this genocide and menticide.
