The club confirmed that the formal minute of silence is reinstated for all future commemorations. I have received written acknowledgement from the board regarding our request to honor these traditions properly. We will monitor upcoming fixtures to ensure this protocol remains in place.
The supporters of The Rangers Football Club demand that those in charge of our Club re-instate the use of a minute's silence forthwith, rather than a minute's applause, as a mark of respect. Furthermore, the supporters of The Rangers consider the use of a minute's applause to be alien to our tradition and history and disrespectful to those whose memories, achievements or lives are being remembered and is best suited to others who cannot boast such tradition or history.
We are approaching one hundred signatures which is the threshold required to trigger a formal review by the club board. Please direct this link to other season ticket holders to ensure we reach that total before I submit the request to the executive office.

The applause sounds like a circus. We have tradition and we need to keep it.
