As a long-term resident of this specific area, I am not in favor of commercializing this area. Senoia has ample commercial space, less than a .25 mile even, from this location. I’m thinking of our children, there is a school active adjacent to this re-zoning. The activity and traffic this request would bring is disruptive to the neighborhood and family setting. Please deny this re-zoning request for those of us who live here.

As a nearby homeowner less than .10 miles, I believe this is a terrible decision. Route 16 is almost unmanageable already with the amount of traffic we have rolling through Senoia. The circle has just made things worse as no one knows how to correctly use it, now we will be adding on a gas station/food location as well, be prepared for an influx of accidents, trash in the roads, people loitering, loud music from vehicles, etc. We know we cant stop Fraziers from happening as its already in the works, but theres no need for another storage unit location in Senoia, nor a retail location in this spaces. This is ruining our town, and we dont want it here. Please help preserve our town and quit ruining it.

Our Planners invested a huge amount of time and talent developing a comprehensive county-wide plan. But today's developers could care less and only see open land as money in their pockets with resident taxes picking up the impact costs with little or no benefit to the community. Please stick to the previously approved plan!

Your building more than our roads can handle. The community is already destroyed from over building too much before schools, roads, police force were ready for all this new growth. When are you going to stop and work on the infrastructure

STOP !!!! Enough building in Senoia. We can hardly get out onto Hwy 16 now from our homes. Around Old 85 and Lawshe is bad enough now. We dont want any more building of any kind, business,apts or homes.

We moved out to Senoia for the country living, not all the commercial businesses. There are plenty close by without adding some here.

The community does not want or need any more of this type of commercial development. Residents do not want storage facilities in their neighborhood. This uncontrolled development needs to stop so that long term needs can be assessed. This will allow time to gather information and create a long term plan for development.
