Stop the commercializing of Senoia. We all moved here for the country. If I wanted to live near storage warehouses and gas stations, I would have moved to the city. Senoia is fast becoming a not-so-charming town.

We don’t need more stores, restaurants or gas stations. Please do not allow our countryside to be taken over and destroyed into all that. Don’t want to look like Riverdale. Please. I moved here to be in the country and don’t mind driving 30+ min to shop, dine, get gas. Don’t make me move out of Senoia to get away from the city again. We love Senoia and want to stay. Please keep it Rural!!

We have no need for another storage facility on Highway 16 when we already have one a mile down the road. The commercial rezoning needs to be stopped on Hwy 16, we already have enough traffic and the strip malls that are already there aren’t even fully occupied. Leave the commercial zones closer to the city. We don’t need Hwy 16 looking like Griffin or Newnan

Stop trying to bring commercial into our residential area , it’s bad enough that people move out to this area for country setting and all they try to do is cram all their businesses in our back door , just to make a dollar !!!!

I live just off old hwy 85 at Rockhouse Ridge and we have already seen a significant increase in traffic in the area. We don’t want more traffic. There are plenty of storage facilities in the area. The gas station is more than enough.
