Too much commercial traffic, business - to/from the area traffic....school traffic already. The present infastructure: roads, utilities, etc can't handle it. Late afternoon Rockaway is a parking lot...every weekday! Senoia doesn't need more storage facilities and gas stations...especially on the main highway through town. Our electricity has gone out twice in the last 10 days and there seems to be no explanation except for the huge summer pull by air conditioning.

Traffic at or near this roundabout is already heavy and this will increase it. Further commercial development is unecessary. Adding another strip mall, storage facility and signage would be an eyesore and further erode the rural atmosphere. Downtown Senoia and the new Publix development provide sufficient retail space.

I love the new round about at this location due to the busy traffic. The gas station is a small plus too, but adding MORE stores and MORE traffic to an already highly trafficked area is just asking for more chaos.

I do NOT want this area changed to commercial zoning. There is storage spaces 1/4 mile east of us. I don’t want to see Senoia turned into another Peachtree City.
