If this proposed measure IS APPROVED by the City Council, we as homeowners have little protection on the potential use(s) of the commercial property. Under the current zoning specific measures must be followed in order to ensure the neighborhood and surround community is protected from possible loss of property value, or the integrity of the neighborhood.
