My primary concern is the increase in traffic on Shuswap Avenue which is already heavy.

Elections are coming. This is our best power to let the village know how we feel. Sick of being ignored.

Too much high density in a small bedroom community with no jobs. This needs to be a smaller footprint and lower height.

I have several concerns about this development but my biggest concerns are population density, the lack of suitable parking, and ingress and egress onto what is probably Lumby’s second most busy street. I would assume that any necessary environmental and wildlife studies have been done?
